Project background:  The development, 250 Columbine, will include an 80,000-square-foot office building, 70 condominium residences and approximately 30,000 square feet of retail space. There will be two levels of underground parking.  The project consists of two levels of underground parking 25 feet below street grade.  Colorado Cleanup Corporation excavated and hauled 55,000 cubic yards to accommodate the new two story underground parking lot to facilitate the new development.

Scope of Work:  CCC coordinated with a shoring sub contractor, with multiple types of shoring systems to facilitate the excavation.  The project located in the high end Cherry Creek North Shopping Center, presented logistical pedestrian and congestion challenges that CCC had to overcome.
